Pravacy of your personal information is an important part of our office providing you with quality dental care. We understand the importance of protecting your personal information. We are commited to collecting, using and disclosing you personal information responsibly. We also try to be as open and transparent as possible about the way we handle your personal information. It is important to us to provide this service to our patients.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

In case if you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us 48 hour advance notice to avoid a cancellation charge. This will allow us to give the time which was scheduled for you to someone in need.

Despite careful scheduling, emergencies can cause delays. We try our very best to stay on time. If your appointment time is affected due to an unforeseen emergency, we'll try to notify you. We know that your time is very valuable, too. You will receive the same quality dental care no matter how our schedule is running.    

Dental Insurance Policies:            

Many of our patients have dental insurance. While your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, we will be happy to assist you in preparing and sending in the necessary forms. Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Payment to our office remains your responsibility, regardless of how much your insurance does or does not pay. For extensive treatments, most insurance companies require pretreatment estimates. We'll be happy to supply any information your dental insurance carrier needs and help you receive the maximum benefits.     

Please bring the following documents with you to your first appointment:
    * Your Benefits Booklet from your employer or union, which includes your dental benefits.
    * Your wallet Identification Card for dentistry (this is usually different from your drug ID card)

 We base our fees on our quality, expertise, time, and service. We clearly list and explain all our fees prior to every treatment and during your treatment consultation visit. We ask you to pay at each visit, unless other arrangements have been made in advance of your appointment. To make payment more convenient for you, we offer you the flexebility of payment options, including:

    * Personal cheque
    * Direct Debit / Interact Payment
    * Visa/Mastercard
    * American Expres

We prefer all treatment be arranged by prior scheduled appointment, but we love to take care of our patients. So if you feel it is important, we will try to accommodate your busy schedule, even the same day, but please do call ahead.
